Model A Ford Oval Speedometer Gauge, 1928-1929, Stewart-Warner

Description

~  used Stewart-Warner Oval Speedometer for a 1928-1929 Model A Ford with an oval gauge holder - looks like 0 to 75 mph
~  good used condition - no dings in bezel but it could use some polishing - has some light scratches/scuffs
~  I hand engaged the back drive counter-clockwise and slowly moved the odometer and tripometer 1 mile forward - that also starts the the mph drum to move
~  photo 9 - I hand-flicked the speedo and the mph drum rolls nicely - numbers looked good - in the photo you can also see the transition in odometer & tripometer
~  photo 10 - the red number 4 is moving through the tripometer (the red number 5 is worn off - other numbers looked pretty good)
~  photo 11 - the odometer and tripometer are transitioning through the number 8 (I never pushed the tripometer reset button)
~  photo 12 - shows a one mile forward transition from photo 1 - odometer and tripometer seemed to work okay in a slow bench test - not sure under speed
~  in the odometer, the number furthest left is between 3 & 4, and stayed between 3 & 4 during my test - not sure what that means
~  this is a used original speedometer with mounting screws and nuts as it came out of a car - it was bench tested and seemed to respond okay but there is no guarantee how it will perform with a cable drive under speed - it's being sold as is
